A split-interest trust in which a charity holds the right to receive current distributions of a guaranteed annuity or unitrust amount. A guaranteed annuity is a determinable amount, payable at least annually for a fixed term or for the life or lives of designated persons who are living at the time of the transfer. Reg. § 1.170A-6(c)(2)(i)(A). A unitrust is a fixed percentage of the fair market value of the property determined annually, and payable for the same period as a guaranteed annuity.
